She has over 30 years of professional experience as an Attorney at Law and was elevated to the rank of Senior Counsel in January 2005. She is currently Managing Partner at Courtenay Coye LLP and her practice areas include Conveyancing, Commercial and Banking Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Adoptions, Labor Law, Estates and Succession, Landlord and Tenant and General Practice. She has also served on the General Legal Council of the Bar Association, as well as Board Member and Chairman of Belize Elementary School, and a Board Member of the Belize Ports Authority and the National Institute for Culture and History.
