ABOUT ROLE:

The Senior Creative Representative- Mobile will bring ideas to life by designing and producing bold, engaging content across digital, social, and traditional platforms that elevate our brand and connect with our audience. This role blends creativity, technical skill, and strategy to deliver standout campaigns and visuals. You’ll collaborate with the Digital and Solutions Teams to produce high-quality video and print materials, and work with other Senior Creatives and the Marketing Team to craft exciting campaigns that showcase Digi’s products, services, and promotions.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related creative field, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design abilities.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Knowledge of   video editing software and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Creativity & Design- Develop visually compelling designs for social media platforms, office collateral, website assets, digital and traditional advertising campaigns ads, brochures, annual reports, presentations, event materials, videos, and electronic formats.
2. Brand Consistency & Quality: Ensure that brand consistency is maintained across all creative assets, adhering to brand guideline, staying updated on industry standards, while infusing creativity, innovation and best practices into designs.
3. Project Management: Coordinate and oversee design projects/campaigns from concept to completion.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide support by delivering creative solutions.
5. Leadership: Review and optimize Creative portfolio processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
