How to purchase a data plan using the *400 or *400# (Direct Access option)
- Dial *400 or *400# from your phone.
- Follow the on-screen menu and select the option for Data Plans.
- Choose the specific data plan you want to purchase from the list (e.g., XS, S, M, L, L+, XL, XXL, or other PrePaid bundles).
- Confirm the purchase when prompted. Charges for PrePaid data plans are deducted from your Primary Balance only.
How to purchase a data plan using the *100 or *100# (Digi menu)
- Dial *100 or *100# from your phone.
- From the menu, select option 3: Digi Packages.
- Select option 1: Data Plans.
- Choose the specific data plan you want to buy (the list of available plans will appear).
- Select the plan and confirm the purchase when prompted.
