Notice is hereby given to all shareholders of Belize Telemedia Limited ( “BTL ”) that BTL is currently updating all contact information contained
in the BTL Registry of Shareholders. All shareholders are asked to:
a. submit by way of a Shareholders Update Form, their updated contact information including current address of registered
office (if the shareholder is a body corporate), mailing address, phone number, and email address; and
b. shareholders who elect to receive dividend payments by direct deposit transfer are asked to complete and forward a ‘Request f or
Bank Transfer’ form to BTL
Pursuant to Article 135 of the Articles of Association of BTL , BTL may pay any dividend in respect of shares by direct deposit transfer.
Kindly submit all requests for direct deposit transfer and updated contact information to BTL on or before September 15, 2026, via email to
