ABOUT DIGI:

The company provides a comprehensive suite of services spanning wireline, wireless, and data connectivity, including fixed-line and fixed wireless services, national and international voice, prepaid and postpaid mobile offerings, an advanced LTE mobile network, international voice and data roaming, and high-speed fibre internet services and TechCo solutions such as cloud services, managed connectivity and cybersecurity.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Belize Telemedia Limited is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to support sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role includes direct sales, processing customer requests, managing cash and inventory, and providing first-tier support—always ensuring customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Retail Supervisor / B2C Sales Leadership.

 

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 2 (two) years ‘experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and customer-engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of billing/CRM systems is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work well in teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales through direct selling, upselling, and customer retention.
  • Provide excellent customer support with accurate processing and first-tier troubleshooting.
  • Support DigiWallet services including sign-ups, updates, and compliant transactions.
  • Manage cash and inventory with accurate balancing and stock control.
  • Maintain compliance and records while completing administrative tasks and continuous learning.
