ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Solutions Sales Manager (SSM) in its B2B (Business to Business) who will direct and manage sales operations to achieve profit maximization and sales targets. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. The SSM leads a high-performing sales team, optimizes sales processes, and ensures exceptional customer experience across the business portfolio.
This position reports to the General Manager – B2B (Business to Business) Sales.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in Sales, including three (3) years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive B2B revenue growth across Telco and TechCo portfolios
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment to revenue targets and transformation goals
- Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise, government, and SME segments
- Shift customer engagement from price-based selling to value-based solution selling
- Own and manage sales pipeline through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy, forecasting, and conversion
- Collaborate with Technical Presales and Product teams to design and deliver end-to-end customer solutions
- Drive customer retention and expansion, minimizing churn through SLAs, service quality, and relationship management
- Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned to Digi’s strategy
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract structuring for high-value deals
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery and support teams, maintaining customer satisfaction and service continuity

- Results-oriented commercial leader with a strong customer focus, capable of translating strategy into measurable revenue growth across both Telco and TechCo portfolios
- Advanced consultative selling and negotiation capability, able to position integrated connectivity and digital solutions that drive value over price
- High integrity and accountability, demonstrating confidence, ownership, and disciplined execution in achieving targets and leading teams
