ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Communications Representative, who support the execution of our communications strategy across multiple platforms. From social media and press releases to corporate events and community outreach, playing a key role in keeping our audiences informed, inspired, and engaged. Will report to Marketing Manager.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate Degree in Public Communications or Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years in Public Relations and/or Marketing.
• Strong writing, organization, public speaking, and digital media skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, social media management tools, and budget tracking systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in rolling out the annual Communications Plan and campaigns.
2. Support internal and external messaging across social, web, email, SMS, and print.
3. Coordinate media content, press releases, and executive talking points.
4. Help plan and execute PR events, scholarship programs, and civic initiatives.
5. Maintain communication calendars, media contact lists, and budget tracking.
6. Post and monitor content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
