ANL has partnered with Digi; a content provider; to offer our customers more entertainment services such as live streaming of TV channels, Movies, Music and Karaoke on Demand.
- ABOUT ROLE: The Retail Representative is an individual that on behalf of the company, interacts with the customer with sole purposes of selling a product or service, processing a customer request, collecting cash, and providing customer support, keeping customers’ satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour. The Representative must possess sales skills and techniques that will contribute to increasing sales by methods of direct sales, upselling and cross selling, while being knowledgeable of all Digi and ANL’s products and services. The Representative is also responsible for troubleshooting problems and providing 1st tier resolution. Customer Excellence must be maintained through the efficient management of the customer’s requests, enquiries, and complaints, in line with Quality-of-Service Procedures and our company’s Mission/Vision.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree or equivalent qualification with (2) years Sales and Retail Experience - Sound knowledge of customer services and retail principles and practices
- Ability to speak Spanish would be an asset.
- Must possess sales skills and techniques.
- Be organized and possess the ability to analyze situations and provide logical solutions.
- Deadline oriented and be able to adapt to a retail environment to work extended hours, including weekend.
- Be able to cope with difficult customer situations and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
1. Aggressively execute sales strategies and identify sales opportunities of services and products by applying sales and upselling techniques, product demonstrations and marketing tactics to meet customers’ needs.
2. Accurately process customer requests and applications for ANL and BTL services and follow up to ensure full customer satisfaction.
3. Create tickets for ANL’s disconnection and reconnection list in connection with BTL’s credit team and ensure they are executed in billing system.
Customer Support & Follow-Up
1. Provide customer support for all residential and business customers by providing appropriate troubleshooting through direct handling of the customer’s device and/or our system to ensure 1st tier fault resolution and escalate to tier 2 only when issues remain unresolved.
2. Accurately answer and properly log in customer queries in system. Utilize the company’s knowledgebase for standardized responses.
Cash Management
1. Accurately entering payments, collecting cash on a daily basis, and balancing that cash in accordance with the Cash Deposit Procedure and Cash Performance Guidelines for both BTL and ANL companies.
2. Responsible for the safe-keeping and accuracy of daily cash float and cash collections.
DigiWallet
1. Execute the Cash in and Cash out for DigiWallet Customers. Ensure e-currency and physical cash is properly administered to accurately balance.
2. Execute all DigiWallet transactions as per Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Regulations.
Inventory
1. Administer individual stock of phones, sims, phone cards and accessories by ensuring proper stock management for accuracy and availability. Demonstrate a fully stocked mart, arrange and display merchandise as per our inventory management procedures.
2. Responsible for the safe-keeping and accuracy of individual inventory stock
