ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Solution Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and customer retention. This role is essential in optimizing sales operations, expanding our client base, and ensuring superior customer experiences. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets. This position reports to the GM – Business & Wholesale Sales.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or related field
- Eight (8) years of sales experience, five (5) years in a functional role, and three (3) years in a managerial role of Customer Service or Marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data
- Experience in managing high-value client accounts and long-term business relationships
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence
- Foster a high-performing, engaged, and cohesive sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to support the development, launch, and promotion of new products and services
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
