ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a Communications Representative to support the execution of our communications strategy across multiple platforms. This role will involve managing initiatives ranging from social media and press releases to corporate events and community outreach. You will play a key role in keeping our audiences informed, inspired, and engaged, and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Public Communications or Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years in Public Relations and/or Marketing.
• Strong writing, organization, public speaking, and digital media skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, social media management tools, and budget tracking systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in rolling out the annual Communications Plan and campaigns.
• Support internal and external messaging across social, web, email, SMS, and print.
• Coordinate media content, press releases, and executive talking points.
• Help plan and execute PR events, scholarship programs, and civic initiatives.
• Maintain communication calendars, media contact lists, and budget tracking.
• Post and monitor content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
