Senior Consumer Solutions Manager

in its Commercial Division with duty station in “Belize City”

ABOUT DIGI:

Digi owns and operates an extensive telecommunications network throughout the country of Belize in wireline, wireless and data services. The company offers and uses a wide range of products and technologies that include fixed line telephone service, fixed wireless, national and international calling services, prepaid services, an advanced LTE mobile network, international voice, and data roaming, Fiber internet and data services.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Consumer Solutions Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of Digi’s residential products and services. This role requires strong business acumen, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive innovation and profitability. You will oversee the product roadmap, conduct market research, analyze customer data, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver top-performing solutions. This Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing the B2C product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals to deliver optimal customer experience and achieve revenue targets.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Five (5) years of experience in customer service or marketing
  • Proven leadership, critical thinking, and risk management skills
  • Strong focus on results, innovation, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead end-to-end management of the consumer product portfolio
  2. Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product enhancements
  4. Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability
  5. Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management activities
  6. Guide customer segmentation to drive tailored marketing and product solutions
  7. Provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and data analytics
  8. Lead and motivate a high-performing team; ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  9. Represent product initiatives internally and externally through strong communication
