Sr. Solutions Representative – Fixed & Broadband

in our Chief Commercial Division with Duty Station in “Belize City”

ABOUT DIGI:
Digi owns and operates an extensive telecommunications network throughout Belize in wireline, wireless, and data services. The company offers and uses a wide range of products and technologies including fixed line telephone service, fixed wireless, national and international calling services, prepaid services, an advanced LTE mobile network, international voice and data roaming, Fiber internet, and data services.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Belize Telemedia Limited is seeking a results-driven and strategic individual to join our team as a Sr. Solutions Representative – Fixed & Broadband. This role supports the Fixed & Broadband portfolio, focusing on product development, promotion planning, market research, revenue performance, and customer experience enhancements. Reporting to the Solutions Specialist – Fixed & Broadband, the ideal candidate will drive innovation, manage product life cycles, and lead initiatives that align with commercial goals.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and team oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and enhance Fixed & Broadband products and services.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability; recommend improvements.
  • Plan and implement promotions and product-related campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Support customer management and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate training for customer-facing teams.
