If you wish to activate a new Mobile PostPaid, DigiONE or DigiNet service, you should bring along the following documents:
- Valid Social Security Card or Passport to confirm your identity
- A recent utility bill to confirm your address (applicable for Mobile PostPaid activations)
- A one-time security deposit is applicable for first time customers. This value is dependent on the service activated and can vary between $50 and $100.
As a qualifying customer, you have the flexibility to redeem your DigiSave Pass coupon up until December 31, 2025. The DigiSave Pass can be redeemed on the first full month bill or any bill thereafter. DigiSave Pass is not applicable to the prorated bill (charges applied only for a portion of the bill period).
Yes! Every new service activation qualifies the account owner for a DigiSave Pass. Example, if a PostPaid Lite Plan and a DigiONE Bundle are contracted, two DigiSave Pass will be issued.
In instances where a DigiSave Pass is lost, you, the account owner can visit the nearest Digi Office and request to redeem. The unique serial number for the DigiSave Pass given is recorded in the system upon issuance, therefore, the attending Customer Service Representative will just need to do a system check to confirm the validity of the coupon before processing the discount.
