in our Chief Finance Division with duty station in Belize City

ABOUT DIGI:
Digi owns and operates an extensive telecommunications network throughout the country of Belize in wireline, wireless and data services. The company offers and uses a wide range of products and technologies that include fixed line telephone service, fixed wireless, national and international calling services, prepaid services, an advanced LTE mobile network, international voice, and data roaming, Fiber internet and data services.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Billing Administrator supports the Senior Billing Administrator in executing accurate and timely billing cycles for the company’s products and services. This role ensures all rating plans, discounts, adjustments, and benefit packages are properly configured to meet billing requirements. It involves preparing invoices, resolving billing issues, assisting in financial reporting, and maintaining accurate billing records. The Administrator will also collaborate with internal teams to test and implement new billable products and services, contributing to efficient revenue management and exceptional customer service.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related
  • Two (2) years’ experience in billing or a related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Visio).
  • General knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures, and
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical
  • Results-driven mindset with keen attention to
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute monthly billing cycles, generating both automatic and manual
  • Verify accuracy of bills through detailed data checks and
  • Enter and process individual or mass billing adjustments as
  • Prepare and process monthly revenue share
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to configure and test new products/services in the billing
  • Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries and
  • Reconcile revenue share accounts
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial and aging
  • Maintain organized billing and discount records for audit and operational
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental
