Solution Specialist – Mobile

Solution Specialist – Mobile

ABOUT DIGI:

Digi owns and operates an extensive telecommunications network throughout the country of Belize in wireline, wireless, and data services. The company offers and uses a wide range of products and technologies that include fixed line telephone service, fixed wireless, national and international calling services, prepaid services, an advanced LTE mobile network, international voice and data roaming, fiber internet, and data services.

 

ABOUT ROLE:

The Solutions Specialist – Mobile will drive the growth and evolution of our Mobile PrePaid and PostPaid product portfolio. This strategic role focuses on enhancing existing offerings through market research, performance analysis, and product road mapping. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. This role also manages Retail Roaming and Carrier services, collaborating closely with the Carrier Solutions team to deliver seamless experiences across both PrePaid and PostPaid segments.

 

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other field
  • Five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or role related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Product Management – Drive the development and launch of new products, services, and promotions by managing the full process from planning to market rollout.
  2. Revenue ManagementSupport annual budget execution through revenue forecasting, strategic planning, and monitoring of mobile products and promotions to ensure positive revenue results.
  3. Market Analysis – Develop and execute Go-to-Market plans for Mobile products in collaboration with Marketing to ensure effective promotion and positioning.
  4. Customer Management – Support customer issue resolution, identify product gaps, and propose new ideas to improve customer experience, grow market share, and drive business growth.
  5. Leadership – Foster a growth-oriented and positive environment by coordinating and delivering coaching and training for Mobile Solutions Representatives.
