Cleaner (Night)
in our Human Resources Division with duty station in “Belize City”

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner (Night) to maintain company facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition in accordance with organizational standards. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors across designated locations.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Operations Cleaning Officer and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in offices, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and other assigned spaces.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent secondary education
• Minimum two (2) years of cleaning experience
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect designated areas daily
• Empty garbage bins and replenish supplies
• Clean glass doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
• Ensure meeting rooms and workspaces are properly maintained
• Perform weekly and monthly deep-cleaning duties
• Maintain cleanliness in district locations and night operations
• Assist with special cleaning assignments and other duties as required
