ABOUT ROLE:
The Billing Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Senior Billing Administrator to ensure the company’s billing cycles are executed accurately and on time. This role involves managing core billing functions such as preparing invoices, performing data checks, and verifying that discounts, rating plans, adjustments, and benefit packages meet billing requirements. The Billing Administrator also assists in detecting and resolving irregularities that may affect invoice accuracy before the billing process is finalized. In addition, the role contributes to revenue management by collecting and analyzing billing data after each cycle, providing inputs for financial and statistical reporting. By maintaining accuracy and efficiency in billing operations, the Billing Administrator supports both customer satisfaction and the company’s overall financial performance. This position reports directly to the Senior Billing Administrator

By maintaining accuracy and efficiency in billing operations, the Billing Administrator supports both customer satisfaction and the company’s overall financial performance. This position reports directly to the Senior Billing Administrator.
STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in billing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Visio).
- General knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures, and techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute monthly billing cycles, generating automated and manual invoices across billing systems (including MIND and NetSuite), generating both automatic and manual invoices.
- Verify accuracy of bills through detailed data checks and reports.
- Enter and process individual or mass billing adjustments as required.
- Manage the contracting, analysis and reporting of Directory Services to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to test and implement new products and services within the billing system.
- Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial and aging reports.
- Maintain organized billing and discount records to support audits and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental efficiency.
