Belize Telemedia Limited and Belize Communications Workers’ Union Seal New 2025-2028 Collective Bargaining Bargaining Agreement
Belize Telemedia Limited (BTL) is proud to announce the successful signing of a landmark Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Belize Communications Workers’ Union (BCWU), setting the tone for a progressive and collaborative partnership through 2028. The Agreement, which took effect on 1 August 2025, reaffirms the shared vision of both parties to cultivate a fair, empowering, and future-ready workplace.
This forward-looking CBA delivers enhanced workplace standards, improved employee benefits, and greater opportunities for professional growth. It reflects a mutual dedication to strengthening labor relations, recognizing the value of our team.
BTL will host a series of awareness sessions to guide employees through the updated terms to ensure a clear understanding of the changes.
