Customers must sign up for a DigiONE Starter, Essential, Premium or Elite bundle to qualify for half prices discount.
Installation is FREE
No, customers who sign up between April 27th to April 31st will not be required to pay a deposit.
Customers can expect their installation to be completed between 3-5 business days.
Customers will be able to upgrade their plan, however, note that customer will not qualify for discount.
Customers have the option to downgrade their plan, however they will lose their discount. Customers who opt to downgrade their plan to a Digi Entry will be required to make a one-time downgrade fee of $50.

- Bring a valid Social Security Card.
- Provide a recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months).
- Pay the applicable security deposit for your selected plan.
To maintain your promotional discount:
- Keep your account active and in good standing.
- Do not upgrade or downgrade your plan during the 12-month promotional period.
- Only one discounted Mobile PostPaid Plan is allowed per customer.
Additionally, you will receive FREE SIMs (uSIM or eSIM) for the plan owner and any eligible members.
Yes. Please note the following:
- The promotion is limited to one new Mobile PostPaid Plan sign-up per customer.
- If a customer activates a second plan, the standard plan price will apply.
- Customers with two or more existing Mobile PostPaid Plans are not eligible for this promotion.
- Eligible customers must have one or no active PostPaid plans at the time of sign-up.
