ABOUT DIGI:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Audit Senior plays a key role in executing the annual audit plan and evaluating the company’s internal control environment. This includes planning and carrying out a systematic and disciplined approach to effectively test the adequacy of risk management, control, and governance processes, as well as clearly communicating the outcomes of audit activities to relevant stakeholders.  In addition, the Audit Senior provides essential support in upholding audit quality by recommending efficient, effective methodologies and ensuring adherence to applicable international standards and regulatory requirements.

STANDARD JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology or Management Information Systems.
• A minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field, such as Audit or Information Technology, is required.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (ACL, IDEA, Data360 Analyze, Power BI, or similar).
• Understanding of ETL Process and SQL
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001) and cybersecurity principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Audit Observations and Recommendations – Develop audit observations and conclusions based on audit findings, including clear, practical recommendations to support effective management action and implementation.
• Evaluate Internal Controls and Operating Systems – Assess the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls and related processes across the organization to ensure risks are appropriately managed.
• Conduct Research to Support Audit Activities – Support audit activities by researching and applying relevant standards and industry best practices to evaluate business processes and systems.
• Develop Audit Reports – Develop and deliver clear, concise, and well-supported audit reports that communicate findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders
