How It Works

Simple & Seamless
  1. Choose the Bills tab to pay your monthly bill, or the TopUp tab to add credit
  2. Select Pay Bill or choose DigiWallet for TopUp
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Input the DigiWallet number you’re paying with
  5. Enter the verification code sent to that number
  6. Tap Continue, and you’re done!

Who can access the DigiGo App?

Any active DigiCell PrePaid or PostPaid customer can register for the DigiGo App — including PrePaid customers on a Data Basic Plan.

  • PostPaid account owners: You’ll have full access to all account details.
  • Plan members (users under someone else’s account): You will be able to view only the information related to your individual mobile plan.
What to do if my in-app payment fails via DigiWallet?

If you experience issues while paying your Mobile service bill or adding TopUp using DigiWallet, please contact a Digi representative for assistance.

What do I do if I forgot my password and cannot access the app?

You can reset your password directly from the DigiGo App.

  1. Open the DigiGo App.
  2. Scroll down and tap ‘Forgot Password’.
  3. Enter your mobile number and the security code shown.
  4. You’ll receive an SMS with a reset link.
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Once complete, you can log in again.

 

Why can’t I download or access the DigiGo app?

If you’re unable to download or log in to the DigiGo App, it may be due to the following:

  • Your DigiCell number may be inactive or suspended
  • Your device may not be compatible with the app

How do I access the DigiGo App on my mobile device and Web?

On Mobile:

  • Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • Search for My DigiGo
  • Tap Install it’s completely free

On Web:

  • Click here to access the web portal
Can any user under my account access my account information or purchase add-on plans?

Only the account owner has full access to account details.

  • Plan members (users under the account) can view only their own usage details.
  • PostPaid purchases can only be made by the account owner.
  • PrePaid customers can purchase their own add-ons as long as they have enough credit.
