Cashless Schools is DigiWallet’s education payment solution that enables secure digital payments across participating schools
1.Your School Joins the Programme
Schools partner with DigiWallet to become a Cashless School and determine where DigiWallet Student Cards can be used, such as the cafeteria, school office, bookstore, uniform shop or school events.
2.Register for DigiWallet
Parents or guardians download the DigiWallet app and create a DigiWallet account.
3.Collect Your Student Card
Once your school is enrolled in the program, eligible students receive a DigiWallet Student Card from their school. Parents or guardians then link the card to their DigiWallet account using Guardian Accounts.
4.Add Funds
Parents securely add money to their child’s Student Card through DigiWallet and can top up the account whenever needed.
5.Students Tap & Pay
Students use their DigiWallet Student Card to make approved purchases at participating locations within their school.
6.Parents Stay Connected
Parents can monitor balances, view transaction history, receive purchase notifications and manage their child’s spending through their Guardian Account.
7.Schools Receive Payments Digitally
