New DigiONE customers receive 20% off their first full month, 30% off their second full month, and 50% off their third full month. Free installation is also available with every new DigiNet or DigiONE sign-up during the promotional period.

The discounts apply to new activations of DigiONE Starter, Essential, Premium, and Elite.
DigiNet qualifies for free installation. The three-month promotional discounts apply only to new DigiONE activations.
The discounts begin after your first prorated bill. Your first full month receives 20% off, followed by 30% off your second full month and 50% off your third full month.

Yes, the standard deposit fee will be required. The deposit is based on the PostPaid Plan contracted.

Yes, you must first enable the data roaming feature on your device prior to leaving Belize. This can be done by doing the below:
- Dialing *100#
- Select option 6 for Roaming
- Select 3 for Roam On
You will receive a flash message: “Your DigiCell Roaming Service has been activated.”
Note: Android users must ensure the APN on their device is set to DATA in order to Data Roam.
The APN settings can be found under Cellular Network settings depending on your device. Below are general guidelines on how to change the APN for Android devices:
- Find Access Point Names (APN) Settings on your device:
- Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
- Select Add
- Set Name as Digi
- Set APN as Data
- Save the APN
- Select the Digi APN just created
You may need to do a refresh by turning on and off Airplane mode
You can purchase a PrePaid Data Roaming plan by:
- Dialing *100# or *100 (before traveling)
- Select Option 6 for Roaming
- Select Option 2 to Buy Roaming Bundle

Please note that purchases of PrePaid Data Roaming plans are deducted from Primary balance only.
You can check your PrePaid Data Roaming balance by:

You will also receive the standard SMS notifications at 50% and 100% of your data consumption.
Yes, you can purchase as many PrePaid Data Roaming plans as you wish. The total data allowance for similar plans will be combined. Priority is given to the plans based on time of purchase.
If the PrePaid Data Roaming plan allowance is depleted, you will no longer have data access. To continue enjoying PrePaid Data Roaming, you will need to purchase a new data plan.
No, there is no additional fee if a PrePaid Data Roaming plan is purchased using *100# while roaming. Only the cost of the plan will be deducted from your Primary balance.
If there is insufficient credit on the account while the PrePaid Data Roaming plan is active, you will be able to continue accessing the PrePaid Data Roaming allowance available on your account. Once the PrePaid Data Roaming allowance is depleted, if there is no Primary balance available on your account, you will not be able to purchase another plan.
